The Oakville Community Foundation’s Vital Signs Report provides a snapshot of the issues that affect quality of life in our community.

Vital Signs is a tool for aligning community goal-setting, for promoting civic engagement and dialogue, and for measuring collective community success.

Think of Vital Signs as your roadmap to discovering these core community issues as well as a pathway for the OCF to help catalyze positive change in the community by connecting donors to actionable causes.
